Shipping & Returns
My first priority when shipping an item is to get it to you in one piece! That being said, I strive to choose shipping materials that are either repurposed, made from recycled material, or backyard-compostable. I am making an effort to divert as much material from landfills as possible, so when you receive your package, please consider where those materials are going next.
I ship through UPS Ground Shipping. It takes me 1-3 business days to process and ship a package once an order is placed. Delivery time is usually 3-5 business days. I will email you a tracking code for your package once the shipping label is printed. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of UPS.
I DO ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. I charge a flat rate for these orders, and any difference in the actual cost of shipping will be refunded.
All sales are final unless the item is damaged on receipt. If your item is damaged, please send me a picture of the package and item within 5 days of receiving your package and I will work with you to resolve the issue. Email me at email@example.com.
I do my best to make sure each piece is accurately represented in my shop. Please check the details and dimensions of each piece in the description. Keep in mind that these items are all made by hand one at a time, and subtle variations are to be expected from order to order.
If you ordered a custom piece or a piece made to order, the lead time is 4-5 weeks for me to create your piece and ship it to you. I will stay in contact with you and follow up regarding your project, and you will receive a tracking number after the package ships.
